Jellyfish

We designed the original Jellyfish logo in 2005, and have been Brand Guardians for almost twenty years. Responsible for the brand evolution from small independent PPC agency, through to becoming a global giant.

Building a global brand to support growth

Brand longevity

The Jellyfish logotype was designed over 20 years ago, and has remained the same throughout the companies growth. The brand look and feel has changed at least four times, but the logotype has remained consistent.

Jellyfish brands

As the company grew, so did the product offering. These new services required an identity to help them differentiate but still sit under the Jellyfish umbrella.

Sub-brands

Below are a selection of some of the sub-brands designed over the years. Some are still used to this day.

The icon

The icon was created for use at smaller sizes, across the social channels, and as a sign-off.

Jellyfish Journals

Branded notebooks were always a big hit with new starters, as well as gifts for clients. It helped reinforce the brand, with a tactile reminder that sat on peoples desks.

Jellyfish Training

Training became a core proposition for Jellyfish. We created a brand that was applied across digital and physical touch points, as well as signage and training facilities.

Using the watermark

The stacked version of the Training logo created colourful impact when used for signage, as seen below on a huge backlit panel at the entrance of the Training suite in The Shard. It was also used as a watermark to create texture.

Business Cards

Featuring photography of the trainers on each card helps delegates put a name to a face.

Office Interiors

Brand consistency across a global office portfolio

During a fourteen year period, we built, branded and maintained over 38 offices around the world. It was important that each office reflected the country it was in, but still felt familiar, and like a Jellyfish space.

Illustrations of cityscapes created by Abi Daker, and used throughout our office portfolio.

The best view in London

We created two stunning offices on the 22nd and 28th floors in the iconic Shard. This was a project of a lifetime, and we worked in collaboration with Workplace Creations.

Campervan Meeting Room

The brief was create a novel and fun new meeting space for the Jellyfish Brighton office, so we converted a 1960's split screen VW Campervan. The van was bought on ebay as a shell, and over a two year period, brought back to life, resprayed, and transformed into a bookable meeting room. Getting it through the main doors of the office was certainly a worrying moment!
